When not working, you can find me on the bike at Ride Berlin leading 50-minute high-intensity spin classes.

Every instructor is responsible for making their own playlists and corresponding choreography – and of course trained to bring the best out of their riders.

Annual specials include the Super Bowl & Halloween Special, with an occasional spicing of my all time favourite Space Special.

Special requests for bespoke rides can be made for birthdays, key calendar dates and corporate occasions.
