DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS

At the core of Impact One's vision and operations lies the concept of the nature-positive city. Impact One’s goal is to transform urban landscapes into regenerative ecosystems that minimise harm, benefit humans and restore the environment. Centralising nature-based assets and services to create wellbeing cities, Impact One offers infrastructure and construction industries transformational paths forward. Deploying systemic nature-based solutions to grow cities rather than build them, cities can turn from environmental threats into drivers of ecosystem protection and regeneration.

Impact One also understands the necessity in creating a shift in our modern-day culture to one that is more symbiotic and in tune with the natural environment. Should there be any chance of securing a future for our planet, contemporary urban lifestyles must find a way of becoming supporters, rather than destroyers, of nature. 

My role at Impact One was done in tandem with the work for Therme Art. Main responsibilities included:

  • Setting up internal and external communication structures and workflows  

  • Managing all social media channels and their content

  • Creating and maintaining of company website

  • Company representative at international events and gatherings (COP, New York Climate Week)

  • Proofreading, copyediting and producing all marketing materials

  • Main point of contact for all freelancers and internal graphic design department

  • Main liaison to external PR and marketing agencies

  • Establishing the company narrative and ensuring it is consistently upheld in all assets and across all platforms

  • Increasing the company's international presence

  • Responsible for cultivating engagement with AIM ambassadors, partner programs, sector experts and other key stakeholders

  • Upholding open communications between the team, company board, C-Suite executives
